A window chapel devoted to the patron saint of Sciatta, the hermit Calogero who lived on a a mountain in Sciatta, Sicily in the 5th century CE.

Bear Mountain State Park

Bear Mountain State Park attracts more yearly visitors than Yellowstone National Park, and especially in autumn when the foliage is in the full blossom of fall, it’s worth hiking up the trail from the Hessian Lake to the peak of Bear Mountain, offering a spectacular view of the surrounding area with Fort Montgomery and the Hudson river stretching below.
